I am a young lady with over 4 years of human resources and administrative work in various industries, such as telecommunications, NGOs, and education. I am also a part-time English as a second language tutor. My strengths lie in all HR related tasks, proofreading, editing, and administrative tasks.

Engaging with students under the scholarship program and their teachers to learn about their needs and how best we can solve them.
Working closely with the SBU leader to ensure that each project (RUZIVO, FOOD AND UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION)was successfully carried out and according to plan.
Filing and processing fees payments (visiting each school in our remote SBU units (Chipinge, Chimanimani, Nyanga, Nyazura) collecting fees statements, and making sure that every student on our scholarship program was included on the invoice)
Petty cash controller, ensuring that the funds allocated to the SBU were used for their intended purpose or aim.

Politics and Public Management
Emphasis on the New Public Management approach that is shifting emphasis from the Traditional Public Administration to New Public Management. Key elements include various forms of decentralising management of public services, increasing use of markets and competition in the provision of public services, and increasing emphasis on performance, output, and customer orientation. New Public Management is driven by a combination of economic, social, political, and technological factors.

The Master of Arts in Development Studies is structured to meet the developmental needs of Africa, the region, and beyond. It intends to equip students with both theoretical and practical skills that are relevant to development institutions and organisations.
